Annie was inspired by her great grandmother. A candy maker herself in the early 1900’s passed her special recipe book onto her. Annie, taught herself using those same recipes. Starting in 1996, through trial and error Annie was creating delicious handmade chocolates and sweet treats using a special blend of chocolate from that special recipe book.
